One bedroom lakeside cottage/guest house is part of a larger (7 acre) family compound close to Kingswood Golf course and Wolfeboro Shops/restaurants. The private cottage consists of a full bath, queen sized bed, TV with DVR, a sleeper sofa and electric baseboard heat. The cottage also contains a small kitchenette (2 gas burners, mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot), which can accommodate breakfast and lunch. Occupants will have full access to other compound buildings including surrounding woodlands, sandy walk-in beach, patios, gas grill, boat house/dock, game room above garage, and use of kayaks, canoes, and or small dinghy. Cottage available for minimum 2 night stay in May – June and September – October. Towels and linens are provided, guests should bring their own Personal Flotation Devices(PFDs) for water safety. Owners are on-site and available for questions or to resolve any issues that occur. Occupancy limited to 2 adults. The cottage is a non-smoking facility and pets are not permitted.
